Goalies and shooters of all ages are invited to Billy Pye’s Clinic May 12th
Spots are open for 8 advanced goalies & shooters(93 to 99) and 8 beginning goalies & shooters (2000 to 2004).
Schedule:(Saturday)
4:40pm – 5:40pm ~ Ice
6:00pm – 7:00pm ~ Off Ice
Clinic Format:
Goalies: Skating, save section, recovery and game situations
Shooters: wrist shots, slap shots, snap shots and backhand
On ice ~
The first 30 minutes will consist of specific goalie training and specific shooting training. The remaining ice time we will be combining the shooters and goalies into game situations.
Off ice ~
SHOOTERS ~The first 30 mins will be on synthetic with continuous shooting. The remaining 30 mins will consist of core and cardio strength training.
GOALIES ~ The first 30 mins will be on synthetic with glove, blocker and stick only. The remaining 30 mins we will work on the “goalie dance”…yes there really is one!

Goalies of all ages are invited to Billy Pye’s pre-season Goalie Camp June 11-15th at Farmers Branch .Spots are open for 15 advanced goalies (93 to 99) and 15 beginning goalies (2000 to 2004).

Schedule:

8:30 a.m. ~ Check In
8:45 a.m. to 9:45a.m. ~ Chalk Talk
10:00a.m. to 12 p.m. ~ Ice

12:15pm – 1pm Lunch (please bring a lunch)

1pm-2pm off ice/ classroom

Goalies
15 advanced goalies (93-99)
15 beginning goalies (2000-2004) * please contact Billy on skill level
Camp is divided all week by age groups and skill level.(3-1 teacher to student ratio)

Billy will be on the ice with both groups all five days, along with professional, junior, college, and midget instructors.

Cost: $425($100 non-refundable deposit).

Cost: $400 if mailed $100 deposit check is recieved by May 1st

Camp Format:

Off ice will be tailored to specific goalie and skater needs. The first 45 minutes consists of plyometrics, core and leg strengthening drills. The remainder will be cardio conditioning done through fun activities.

I would like to congratulate Cole Burack and Ryan Keane, goalies that have trained with me for years, on taking their team to Nationals. Good Luck boys!!!  Bring home a National Championship! I would also like to recognize two of my girls, Elisabeth Hill and Micaela Ross,  that are going to Anaheim for Nationals.. Go get them Girls!!!  I also have Robbie Nichols who played Midget AAA in Colorado moving on to Nationals… He also has been selected to Play Junior hockey in the N.A.J.H.L.  I also Would like to like to congratulate Caylie Robertson for taking her team to the Roller Hockey Nationals… Bring home some Hardware Boys and Girls!  Congrats to all!
