Goalies and shooters of all ages are invited to Billy Pye’s Clinic May 12th
Spots are open for 8 advanced goalies & shooters(93 to 99) and 8 beginning goalies & shooters (2000 to 2004).
Schedule:(Saturday)
4:40pm – 5:40pm ~ Ice
6:00pm – 7:00pm ~ Off Ice
Clinic Format:
Goalies: Skating, save section, recovery and game situations
Shooters: wrist shots, slap shots, snap shots and backhand
On ice ~
The first 30 minutes will consist of specific goalie training and specific shooting training. The remaining ice time we will be combining the shooters and goalies into game situations.
Off ice ~
SHOOTERS ~The first 30 mins will be on synthetic with continuous shooting. The remaining 30 mins will consist of core and cardio strength training.
GOALIES ~ The first 30 mins will be on synthetic with glove, blocker and stick only. The remaining 30 mins we will work on the “goalie dance”…yes there really is one!
